Summer Speaker Series: Whidbey K9 Search and Rescue – How We Work and How You Can Help Us Find You

Join us for a family friendly guest speaker presentation this summer! Each Saturday is a different speaker on a different topic.
This week, come meet a few of the Whidbey K9 Search and Rescue team – 2 and 4 legged – and bring your questions. The team will discuss what you should take on a hike, what to do if you do find yourself lost and what happens when we get called out. They want to provide you with the tools and knowledge on how to do your part to come home safely. And they will tell you how it works from our end should you need us.
The Whidbey K9 Search and Rescue is a collection of volunteers, some with dogs and some without, from all walks of life. We share the desire to be of service to the community to help find lost and missing family members and bring the home safely.
