Our park is iconic, memorable and world class – as a park and as an environment.
It may be the most scenic and accessible park in the State of Washington. Once visited, it is a place you will want to return and never forget.
With over 3800 acres, a marine and camping park with 77,000 feet of saltwater shoreline and 33,900 feet of freshwater shoreline on three lakes, the park is actually located on two islands — Fidalgo to the north and Whidbey to the south. It also encompasses a number of smaller island and the Dugualla State Park in conjunction with Island County.
Deception Pass Park is a precious and vulnerable natural resource that needs our help and care. The Park Foundation supports the park with programs, projects, volunteers and events – and you can too.
